For appointments lasting two hours or more, we require a 50% deposit to secure your booking, which will be applied towards your bill on the day of service. This deposit ensures that your appointment slot is reserved exclusively for you, allowing us to accommodate your needs effectively. Additionally, we require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any cancellations to allow us the opportunity to fill the appointment spot.
